Who we are
We are a Luxembourg Architectural and design office and we strive to create projects based on research, analysis, contemporary needs and developments. We are dedicated to creating spaces that prioritize simplicity, clarity, and accessibility. Our design philosophy revolves around the use of clean lines and well-organized spaces, where every corridor and area is thoughtfully crafted to enhance the flow and experience of the environment. By focusing on straight lines and open spaces, we aim to reduce visual and mental clutter, allowing the architecture to provide a sense of calm and ease.
In addition to our emphasis on space and design, sustainability is a key part of our mission. We integrate innovative solutions into each project, ensuring that materials are used efficiently and responsibly. Our approach combines architectural excellence with environmental awareness, offering clients the option to measure their carbon footprint and explore ways to offset it.
We believe that architecture is more than just design it is about crafting spaces that serve communities while enhancing quality of life and contributing to a more sustainable, thoughtful future. By prioritizing functionality, materiality, light, privacy, and sustainability, our goal is to strike a balance between these principles to create spaces that are not only innovative but also enduring, contextually responsive, and architecturally timeless.
We emphasize maximum simplification to make complex ideas accessible and understandable. In doing so, we strive to respect nature and utilize technologies to enable sustainable construction without compromise.
What does ODAA stand for?
Founded by Bujar Hasani, who grew up in Luxembourg and hails from Kosova, a country with a rich cultural heritage rooted in the ancient Dardanians, ODA embodies the spiritual values of this tradition. In Kosova, ODA refers to a flexible space with a separate entrance, detached from the residential part of the home. It serves as a welcoming venue for guests and a place where families gather to make important decisions.
Inspired by these cultural attributes, Bujar sought to translate them into contemporary architecture and society, leading to the establishment of ODA (Office for Diverse Architecture). He views clients as guests, with important needs for their future, and believes that together they can make the best possible decisions to create something meaningful for the time they spend on this earth.
With a diverse educational background and over ten years of experience in architectural firms, Bujar recognized that creating an office grounded in this philosophy would contribute to a brighter future.
The ODA Architects office is composed of architects who graduated from the University of Luxembourg, specializing in Architecture, European Urbanization, and Globalization.
